Application Process

GBS Executive Education encourage experienced professionals with demonstrated business expertise and leadership potential to benefit from our globally renowned faculty. Please visit the desired program page for additional details and application forms. (You may apply online from the program page, or email your application.)


Each Executive Education program has its own admissions requirements. In general, you must have above 8 years of work experience. Although there are no formal education requirements, admissions is a selective process based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility.

To apply, you may be nominated and sponsored by your current employer or apply as an entrepreneur. The application and all required documents must be received to complete and prepare the application for review by the Admissions Committee. We request applications at least two weeks in advance of the program start date.

If you are submitting your application online, we will acknowledge your submission promptly via email upon receipt. Send the application to the address mentioned on the form. Mailed applications are processed and acknowledged promptly upon receipt via email. Once your application is approved by the Admission Committee, you will be notified via email about admissions decision.

The program fee covers tuition, books, case materials, and meals during the program timing.

After admission notification, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If admission is within 30 days prior to the start of the program, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payment by company check, bank wire transfer, or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa).


If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 15 days prior to the program start date to receive a full refund. On cancellation of a confirmed seat up to ten working days before the start of the program will attract a processing and documentation charge of SAR 5,000/-. Participants cancelling within this ten days period will be charged 50% of the program fee as cancellation charges.
