Organizations require diverse set of skills to enhance productivity and performance of their employees. Building and managing high performance teams are key challenges for executives as well as corporations. This three-day course has been designed to learn how to create, manage, and lead high performance teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures. It will also show executives the dynamics of high performance teams and how to create a culture that fosters teamwork. It will further explore techniques that can be used for persuasion, influence, consensus building, and change management.
